I've used Red Carpet Floor Care a few times now and have always been exceedingly satisfied. Our carpet is about 6 or 7 years old, but the wear & traffic we put it through is taking its toll. We also have 2 toddlers and used to have a dog - so spills and messes are common. When Brian's crew left, the carpet looked brand new again! I also swear by the bottles of solution he leaves for me to use on little spills, it definitely helps maintain the life of the carpet. I tell everyone not to waste their time using anything else - just call Brian!
We had a fantastic experience with Red Carpet Floor Care.They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They came to clean the couch and when we asked for a quote on the floors they gave us an affordable price and did it that day. We liked that they focused on establishing a relationship rather than just a one time job and because of that we will be repeat customers.
Brian at Red Carpet did an AMAZING job on our carpets. We had been with another cleaning company before and "thought" they were doing a good job on the carpets. That was until we had Red Carpet over. Brian was extremely professional, helpful and detailed. The old pet smell that had been coming from the carpets completely disappeared and the carpets look like new! We will definitely call Red Carpet for any of our carpet cleaning needs in the future!
Red Carpet just left my house with brand new looking carpets. My 9 year old carpets are trampled on by 6 kids, 2 adults, and a dog. I could tell the difference immediately! I would recommend Red Carpet to anyone! Brian and his staff are very professional, detail oriented, and get the job done! They are always on time and I will definitely be calling them again in the future! :)
We have used Red Carpet Floor Care multiple times. We have two small dogs in our house who don't always remember where to potty (i.e., outside!). Thanks to Brian for having the perfect solution for getting out those tough odors and making our carpet look like new again. From removing odors to getting out tough stains (purple crayon) we have yet to find anything he can't save our carpet from! Red Carpet Floor Care is the best!
