Wow! What a great experience. I am remodeling the kitchen and one full bath in a 1920s house. I tried shopping online, at the big box stores, and at the suppliers’ design studios. It seemed that I had to decide between price and service, but I couldn't find both.

The showroom is a very nice combination of attractive displays and product information. The lighting and plumbing fixtures are clearly labeled with manufacturer and pricing information. Special orders are no problem. I was greeted by Kristin and she took the time to listen to my questions and understand my specific needs for plumbing and lighting fixtures. In about an hour, she provided a printed “wish list” of my selections – with pricing. No hard sell tactics – just courteous, professional, and efficient help. That’s the triple crown of customer service and that’s what I received at Wiseway. I highly recommend a visit to their Florence Showroom.
