I just got my 1st set of hearing aids in December 2019, working with Stephen. He is very personable, kind, and helpful during this transition adapting to my aids. Great to talk with and informative, and you can call with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend him to everyone. So glad he was recommended to me.

I'm so glad I found Next Gen Hearing Care. In addition to prvoviding great hearing aids, they also have a great staff! Stephen and Karen always make me feel welcome. I'm a technical person, and I was pleased that Stephen was okay "talking tech" with me about my hearing aids. His knowledge of his product is top notch! I was so impressed with his warm and welcoming way of treating people that I took my 80 year old mother to him and had him fit her for her first ever hearing aids. She liked Stephen as much as I do! Besides being a genuinely nice guy, Stephen really knows hearing aids. I was a customer of Cincinnati Hearing Center for many years and bought my first hearing aid from them. Recently, I was on an extended vacation in Florida when my hearing aids bit the dust. As they were seven years old I decided to buy a new set rather than wait on repairs. When I returned home I needed repairs on my new aids. When I called Cincinnati Hearing Center to ask if they would do the repairs I wasn't treated like a valuable steady customer but instead received a very cold shoulder. I was informed that even though the needed part was in stock, I would have to wait until a replacement part was received from the manufacturer. Replacement parts in stock were only for customers who had bought the device there. At that bit of news I called Stephen at Next Generation and he treated me like a valuable customer even though I had never spent a dime there. In fact, he replaced the defective part with a similar part from his stock so that I didn't have to go without my aids, and ordered the exact part in, which he later installed. All of this at no cost to me. Just this week I had a similar problem and he fixed it immediately at no charge. Needless to say, he has a new happy customer for life! He obviously cares more about keeping a customer happy than he does about a quick buck. I will definitely turn to him from now on for all my hearing aid needs. I must give him 5 stars; I wish it could be 6 or 7 stars, he's earned it in my estimation.
