  Ilya does an exceptional job. His standards of quality and attention to details far exceeds a vast majority of the competition while blowing them out of the water as far as value is concerned. This is a humble buisness run by a humble and honorable man. He will give you exactly what you ask for with no hidden fees or pork-barrel, than look you in the eye and shake your hand, all with a pretty sweet Russian accent. All in all I would consider this buisness a gem, hidden amongst the numerous other hits and misses and should you happen to stumble upon this one in your search for quality roofing and construction then do yourself a favor and make that call. I'm not certain if he can always meet the timing demands and pricing that the larger buisness can (considering they have way more employees, money to invest in larger orders of supplies thus getting better wholesale discounts etc...) however what I am certain of is that you'll be satisfied once they're done. And if not, I guarantee Ilya will do whatever it takes to make things right. Plus, you know you have a reasonable and honest buisness when you can ask him to shingle your basement and he keeps a straight face ?. P.S. you may be able to bribe him into a discount if you ply him with cookies ???

  One of the best metal roofing companies in town. Their extremely competitive price was less than Streamline Roofing and Tallahassee Roofing etc. Ilya (the owner) did an excellent job with installing a galvalume metal roof -- true craftsmanship. He was very open in communicating all issues during the install. It was a pleasure working with Ilya and his team. #1 metal roofer in Tallahassee!!
