I purchased a custom item from Forever Me Gifts on Amazon as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, I entered the incorrect mailing address for the gift recipient. When the mistake was discovered, Jeff at Forever Me Gifts called me, emailed me, and even gave me his cell phone number. Once the correct address was identified, he went to the post office WITHIN THE HOUR to send the new package. I was shocked with the incredible quality of customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this business and plan to go to them in the future.
