  Going into my second knee arthroplasty, I know how important physical therapy is—my first experience 8 years ago with another provider was pretty good, but I was definitely open to change. We found Benchmark which is new to the area and located very conveniently to our home. My wife spoke to the PT and was impressed enough for us to give it a try. It was an incredibly good decision!
  
  You can expect things one can only dream of at other PT providers. First, I have had an hour blocked off for me—completely. I haven’t had to share my PT with anyone! What an incredible difference from what I was used to! Second, the insurance billing has been absolutely hassle free. Additionally, the therapist is experienced, knowledgeable about my surgery and actually asks questions, listens and actually takes action! Indeed, on my 4th visit, after removing the bandage she immediately phoned the surgeon because she was was concerned about the wound. In a few hours I was seeing the Dr and we had the problem resolved. Finally, expect to put in the work necessary. As I said I have an hour with the PT, and do not have to share her with any other patients!
  
  If you want excellent care, personal service and thorough professionalism, this is the Physical Therapy site for you. I recommend Benchmark most highly! By the way, my PT (and Clinic Director) is Leigh Wagner. Just outstanding!

  My experience was really good amazing how bad I was walking and how much better I feel now. The routine she did was strong but kept with in my ability.

  This facility is top notch and the therapist is very professional and knowledgeable. Very convenient and accessible, a new and clean facility with brand new equipment, and a comfortable atmosphere. I definitely don't dread my physical therapy here.
