I have had a few things that brought me to the Gyno. I could have gone to the VA in Lexington for free but I don't feel like I get treated well especially for the things I needed.
My insurance was covered here so I went and...wow. The kindness I was shown here immediately eased my stress. The doc not only remembered me 6 month after my 1st visit but remembered topic we chatted about.
The office and rooms are not only clean but comfortable with caring touches to ease patients.
The staff handles bills and coding with ease. This means a lot as insurance companies are never nice to work with.
Even though I have to pay a deductible vs free VA care I continue to utilize this office because I get such good care.
I am so happy that I was drawn to Dr. Frazier’s site when our family moved here towards the end of 2017. I called, hoping she was accepting new patients, as I was due for my yearly appointment. Soon into my first appointment, I found out we have lived in the same state back in New England, in fact in nearby towns! This year, though she has a chart of information on each patient, she recalled our conversation from the year before and once again, I was at ease. Both visits have been amazing, as she is one in a million! Her competence, joy, faith and concern for each patient and their family is rare in any profession! Even her sense of humor is wonderful. Her office is absolutely beautiful – the choice of color, faith-based décor, etc. I am BLESSED to have her as my doctor.
Love this place and Dr. Frazier. She delivered my first child (and climbed through a window to do it!), so when I heard she had her own practice, I scheduled my next gynecological appointment there. The atmosphere is uplifting and very non-clinical. Dr. Frazier always listens to my concerns and never seems distracted or in a hurry to move on to the next patient. She takes me seriously and has a empathetic, can-do approach. I will always be a patient for as long as she's practicing and within driving distance! Highly recommend.
