I had used a different location but switched about 2 yrs ago. I will never use another Metro Store other than this one.. Sam is an Angel! Thanks again for all you do to help us out. 😇

My apologizes for you having the worst customer service at this location, but PRECIOUS actually won an award for having the best customer service and I cant seem to see where she was lazy with you at all. We don't appreciate customers coming into our location yelling and having an attitude. So I can understand why she was so unhelpful with your situation. Maybe if you would have walked into the location with a better attitude and understanding of your situation, your problem would have been solved. This store is known for its customer service and we do go above and beyond for ALL our customers. Customer service is KEY at this location.
