I have been a cricket customer for years and have always been satisfied with the rates and the service! I've needed a new phone for quite some time, but have been putting it off because of bad experiences in the past, but I couldn't put it off any longer. I went to the Cricket Maryville store and the gentleman that was working was the Greatest!!! He not only helped me in picking a phone for my specific needs, but he also took the time to set up my new phone (so I didn't loose Anything) all while helping other customers and answering the phone. His name is Rusty H. and he gave me the best experience I've ever had setting up a new phone. I don't know what he makes, but it's NOT enough. He deserves a Raise. Thank You so much.

Yesterday I wanted a new phone I went two cricket store,I wanted the lgk92 everybody was out until I called cricket in hillveiw they had one left I asked them please hold it for me, and they did.My boyfriend and I meet the most friendly guys ever very kind gentlemen rusty is his name sold me the phone set it up made sure my pictures were not lost just did therre was so much laughter in the store with rusty that I will definitely be back I hope they stick around thanks rusty for everything you did and Im loving my phone everything I wanted

Good friendly folks but their charger cords are very expensive to have to oay for when told they were the best and the wire starts coming loose from the cord $25 a pop for 2 chargers $50 plus taxes. It is bad when they both done same thing . Give us the best if we gotta pay the price dont lie and say there the best and use them 2 weeks and the wire comes thru no never again.

I wanted to switch carriers was not happy with my current one after much research I decided on Cricket they have great reviews. Upon entering the store I was graciously greeted by a gentleman named Rusty. He was courteous listened to my questions & assured me he could set me up. (im older & don't know much about the whole process) Rusty was so knowledgeable & patient he took the time to explain everything. He successfully transferred all my data to my new phone. He spent alot of time setting up my phone making sure everything was in order. Rusty went up & beyond customer service. I can't stress enough what a great experience I had. I left feeling confident about my new phone & the plan Rusty suggested for me. I would highly recommend Hillview Cricket to anyone. Cricket is very fortunate to have such a competent representative like Rusty. Im very satisfied. Thank you!

The fella that runs the store is super nice! We told him what we could afford to spend and he offered the best phone and plan for our budget. Making sure we did not go over. He was not pushy at all. Makes for a nice experience when you do not have someone trying to force you to spend more than you want to.
Definitely recommend this store above other cricket stores. Always given a reciept. Never have to remind the associate for reciept or for him to repeat anything he said.
He made sure my mother (who is hard of seeing and hearing) understood HER phone. That made me quite happy that he explained everything to her so well instead of trying to explain to me like other places do. It made her feel a bit more independent. It was very mich appreciated!
