“Long review but needs to be said! I had issues with my right arm, I thought it was a pinched nerve. I could barely lift my arm to scratch my other shoulder, to drive. I couldn’t lay on my side, or put my arm on the counter. I couldn’t hold my son.. nothing. I had no idea how I developed the pain, it just happened. I would cry thinking I’m only 31 years old and I can’t move my right arm (I’m right handed) I can’t write without feeling like I’ve been lifting weights. My shoulder felt like it was popping out of place every time I moved it. One Monday I walked in with the worst pain, I had actually scheduled an MRI appointment because I was beginning to think it was a deeper problem. I had been a few times before, but this was the day that changed my life. I left and got to my car, lifted my arm and was able to hold my steering wheel. I thought, maybe it’s luck, so I tried other things I had struggled with. I was able to reach in my backseat to hand my kids their water cups when they dropped them in the floor. I could scratch my other shoulder, I no longer needed someone to do it for me. I could put my arm on the counter. I could write... with no exhausted feeling in my arm. Yes I cried. I am so grateful to have a friend who recommended me to Dr Jay! The staff there is amazing as well- so sweet and so caring. I continue my visits to stay pain free. Oh, and canceled my MRI appointment 😊”

The produce and such seemed fresh. Overall nothing really negative. Maybe one comment is one aisle was a little tight to walk down with a cart, they had those box displays and to get around was a little annoying but a nice grocery store I will go back to.”

“Dr. Bautista is my primary care doctor and I've been going to this clinic off and on for the last 10 years (I moved a couple times) and have been going regularly for 5 years. Dr. C is a great doctor who has helped me with multiple issues throughout the years. He is extremely friendly and polite. His wife is great as well, I just see Dr. C primarily. The receptionists are also friendly and extremely helpful. Whether you are having issues with medication or need to fit in an appointment at the last minute, they always come through for you and are glad to help. I'm absolutely disgusted with the other review written that not only says the office is filthy (it absolutely is not) but also goes on to imply there is something nefarious with Dr. Bautista and children. That claim is completely unfounded and is simply gross slander. This man has not only been a doctor to me but also my family including my younger siblings, and to imply that he is anything but professional and appropriate is a bold-faced lie. I have seen him interact with children and he is great with kids and is NEVER inappropriate. This is a family business and a business for families. His wife and daughter both work at the clinic and have served many families including my own. Shame on whoever wrote that comment. Maybe they have something against people with foreign backgrounds or were a drug seeker who couldn't manipulate Dr. C (addiction is rampant in the region and it's not seldom that drug-seekers try to manipulate these small family businesses. My parents and sister are in healthcare and see it all the time); I don't know. I just know they must have had some ulterior motive for lying like that. You also have to wonder why this person kept going there for appointments as they stated if they believed any of what they claimed. I mean if you had some reason to believe a doctor was inappropriate with children, would you keep giving them business? If they won't change your meds if you are having an issue why would you keep going? I have had issues with medication while seeing Dr. Bautista and he had no problem adjusting or changing meds to suit my needs better. I have never had issues with the doctor being late or anything like that. And that's with well over 100 appointments over the years. He is older and he may repeat himself sometimes, but he is meticulous in taking notes and despite his age, makes a point to remember little things like your interests and asks how your family is doing and how your job is going. He genuinely cares about his patients and makes a point of building a solid doctor-patient relationship. Anyway, I seem to have written a book but after seeing that nasty review I just had to say something because it is unfair for someone to just spread malicious lies and the accused party not be able to do anything about it. So as a long-time patient with extensive experience going to this clinic (for the last 5 years it's been once a month) I can assure you that Dr. Bautista is a wonderful, appropriate, and professional doctor. Our own Sheriff was a patient before retiring and moving. Anyways I love the Bautistas and expect to continue going there for the foreseeable future.”
