Waffle House

It's been a very long time since I went to a Waffle House. I'm glad I chose this location for a return trip. The staff was fast and friendly. The food was quick, delicious, and affordable. I noticed they were hiring, like most restaurants these days, but based on the information on the sign, I was happy to see they are recognizing the value of their staff and paying a living wage instead of server wages.

Love our Elizabethtown waffle house. Dude with he long hair is funny and even though he said 30-40 minutes wait.. it was more like 10-15.

My first time at this particular Waffle House location and it was a pleasant experience just like at all of the others. I had a double order of scattered, smothered, covered and chunked, well. That's two orders of hash browns scattered on the grill, smothered in onions, covered with cheese and chunks of flavorful ham and left on the grill a little longer. The meal was so modestly priced my nice waitress ended up getting a 100% tip, because it didn't seem fair that she wouldn't get the same sum that waitresses get in fancier more expensive places.

My Northern Boy's first experience at a Waffle House!! Love the hustle and bustle and these servers know how to MOVE. Rarely is anything wrong on the plate and as you can see it got a huge thumbs up all the way around. YUM!!! Perfect start to our day. Thanks!!!

Warm, friendly service. My food waa cooked and served up fast. The place was clean and orderly. Was a busy early morning crowd during my visit. Like so many other locations, I love how convenient this is to the interstate.
