  I have been a member of The Pack (all of the members are part of this) since Sept of 2020. What a game changer. Before my surgery last fall, I was in the best shape I’ve been in for years. Jerry, Sharon, Trevis, and Taylor are top notch. Their desire to make you better 1% of the time is what drives me to work harder. If you have not tried Thrivology you should. The Pack would welcome you with open arms. Most positive gym I’ve ever been to.

  I love this place! The trainers are knowledgeable, personable, and know how to cater to your individual needs! As an active retiree, I could never do what I do now without Thriveology!

  The people at Thriveology are simply unmatched. I love the way the coaches and peers celebrate each goal as if they were achieving it with you! With a variety of options including group classes, semi-private trainings, nutrition support, and engaging challenges - there is truly something for everyone at Thrive! I love their 1% better mindset, truly setting you up to be better than you were yesterday. The coaches are very knowledgeable and compassionate, constantly pushing you while supporting you. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic gym this is the place for you!

  The atmosphere and vibe you get from every work out, staff member, and group event is impressive and enticing. Strongly recommend this gym. The trainers are most encouraging and supportive. Makes me want to continue upgrading myself here.

  The trainers are top notch. They will modify any exercise to match your fitness level—harder or easier. They truly care about their members and are concerned if you miss—unlike big Bo’s gyms.
