    I was away from home with my mother who has lung cancer and her oxygen machine went down. It was 10:00 on a Saturday night and I thought I was in trouble. I contacted Patient Aids and they answered right away. A tech called me back within 5 minutes. Patrick the tech was very empathetic. He did not make me feel like an imposition on a Saturday night! (Thank You) He arrived within the hour and had my mom up and going. The next morning I called the local store and they were very friendly and they told me to come in and they would change out my faulty equipment. I was greeted by the store manger who was very friendly. He took time to listen to me and I was on my way quickly. I knew that any problem I had while in their area would be taken care of promptly. Thank you for the piece of mind in taking care of my mother!!
