    Dr Ertel is great we have been going there for 14yrs. The recent change to the phone system is a pain. Call it tells me who I called and please hold for someone then recording starts and arou d 35 seconds to 1m min cuts off

    They tend to bounce you around from place to place, though I'm sure that is sometimes needed to find the answers they need. Other than that, Dr. Ertel is such a nice guy. As soon as you see him, any sort of health anxiety you may have had disappears. He's a kind hearted man, and has no problem simplifying medical information so that you can more easily understand the situation. He also has no problem listening to you, which is a good change from most doctors. He listens to how you're feeling and every symptom you may be having. Most docs just wanna hear themselves speak, and get you out with a prescription asap. I'd recommend Ertel to anyone. If not for his professionalism, then for his cordial attitude.

    I live over an hour from Dr. Ertel's office, but I am happy to make the drive every time! Ertel takes his time and is willing and able to break down complex medical terminology into simple, understandable language for someone without a background in medicine. I trust his expertise when it comes to my health. I plan to continue going here for as long as he is in practice.
