I Stopped by the location on argyle in Hollywood to ask about rates and sizes of units due to a small predicament. I needed to rent a unit asap and Marcela at the front desk helped me out so much and was patient with me helped me rent the unit that was perfect for me and made sure I was taken care of. She was so cute and sexy. I will definitely be referring friends here the customer service is top of the line here.

Rosa was amazing and very informative. She had great customer service and went out of her way to show me different units to accommodate my storage needs. Highly recommend this site and ASK FOR ROSA.

WoW! The building itself is great. All units are painted with old Hollywood scenes. BUT, what really makes this place truly amazing is the staff, especially Rosa! She is super attentive, and really knows her stuff! She's gone out of her way on several occasions to help me. I'm not sure if she is the manager here, but she certainly should be! Legitimately an asset to the company!
Everyone that works here is so friendly and the place is always clean. :)

We have been here for more than a year and the staff has always been great. Rosa is the best and has helped us everything stop of the way. We no longer need storage but highly recommend it here. Old Hollywood history!

Alex and Rosa were very helpful during the reservation process all the way up
until the finalization of the lease agreement and assigning a storage unit . They were very attentive and made sure to take the time to explain everything in detail and was very accommodating. Customer service was excellent! Keep up the great job.
