  Delicious post workout smoothies with REAL ingredients. They can be healthy or indulgent. The staff is very knowledgeable about supplements because they actually workout and use them. I don't go anywhere else.

  Best smoothies in town! Actually healthy and not loaded with sugars and low quality protein like so many others in town. I got the Tropical transformation and it was absolutely perfect for a warm and sunny day. The staff was knowledgeable and the employee that helped me actually has credentials and spoke in a way I could understand instead of trying to just sell and make me feel like we weren't on the same level. Highly recommend taking your business here! Support Local!

  Best smoothie in Lexington. All kind of supplements and drinks. under new ownership and management. Clean place and staff are knowledgeable. Definitely 5 start.
