Ordering from a popular online pet supply company doesn't save enough money to make it worth the hassle. I also like supporting a KY owned business. I'm always greeted when I walk in, but they don't hover while I browse. However, all I have to do is ask, and any of the employees are happy to help. I'm a happy customer!
