With everything going on in the world right now and the doubt and fear especially with finances I was lucky enough to find the goodness in people that is still out there and I recommend this MetroPCS location and the wonderful ladies that offer outstanding customer service. Metro PCS on Winchester Road please take note and direction from the following description of what true good customer service really is and not the side deal that makes you money. I went into Metro PCS on Winchester Road for an upgrade or so I thought and ended up getting a downgrade for my very hard earned money. Desperate for some kind of solution with a phone that I wanted to throw out the window cuz it was just terrible the wonderful ladies at MetroPCS on New Circle Road we're able to correct my downgrade and give me the actual upgrade that I should have gotten to begin with and save me just a little bit of money which softens the blow from the first ridiculous and backwards deal I was offered and fell for. So a huge thanks to Tee and everyone at Metro PCS on New Circle Road you ladies are amazing and my daughter thinks so as well. If you are a current customer or a possibly new customer I recommend you only go to this location and the ladies there will take very very good care of you thanks for fixing someone else's bad hustle with such understanding and great service ladies.
