Kentucky Horsepark Campground

Been here a few times now. Love the campground and staff. My BIGGEST concerns were dogs not being leashed. I was surprised and disappointed as I will begin camping with my own dogs.

We stayed here in December and it was a great site. We only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable. There was a very cool Christmas light show going on while were there and we got to drive thru it to get to our site. It made things very festive.

Very clean with large trees. Nice camper lots with plenty to do. Just a wonderful place. Only one thing, no sewer hook ups. They do have a dump station.

We just left the campground.....with just one night stay. We would go back in a heartbeat. We were late coming in on a Friday night, so we did not get to use the pool because of 6:00 closing time... So many positives...shade, spacious sites, availability at last minute...clean, and neat grounds and plenty of showers... ..activities, and friendly and quiet, but easy to get to off of freeway. Great campground. The camp sites are larger and there is quite a bit of tree coverage. Friendly staff and nice amenities. The pool is only open until 6PM which is disappointing, but they do have multiple life guards on duty. The sites do not have sewage hookup, but they have dump tanks on site.
