Friendly staff but most importantly the best chiropractor ever. If you need relief or just want to feel healthier this is the place to go. We are in our 60s but feel great and are able to do all the things we have always done thanks to chiropractic care.

I am 52 and have a long history of chronic neck and back pain related to A diagnosis of Degenerative Disc Disease. Thomas is amazing and with his help I have very little current pain and I take no medications. I also am physically active and he can take care of aches and pains related to my physical activity almost instantaneously with an adjustment in some cases. Thomas has also stressed the importance of daily at home self care which has also been a huge help. I am a firm believer in Chiropractic Care and highly recommend Thomas. The office environment is always clean and relaxing. He and his staff are super friendly, welcoming, professional and flexible with my difficult work schedule which is also a big plus!

Dr. Williams is an amazing chiropractor! I have been to many but under his care feel as though my individual issues define identified and are continually addressed in an amazingly effective way. He and his staff run very efficient practice so my appointment times are always quick for the treatment and suggestions for post-treatment exercises or stretching etc are perfect for me. We are very lucky in Lexington to have such a skilled and caring chiropractic physician!

Dr. Williams is an amazing chiropractor and person. This is a friendly office where you will feel welcomed, understood and known. If a caring and thoughtful atmosphere is what you are looking for call them. My back and neck would not be the same without his help!
