She went onto to floor to look for item I was inquiring about even though it was not a big sale...just a bottle of cleaner. Arrived and another nice,personable lady helped me. I do not know first hand about thier floor installing or (maybe I do since I mop one every two weeks ), but the lady I work for is completely happy with hers and would recommend them.

Both times we were extremely happy with our flooring consultant Lyda Arvin as well as the installation crew that came out. I am in the floor cleaning business, so I know some of the more detailed things to look for and they passed my scrutiny with flying colors. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
