  We found the service to be top notch. The van is as good as described and was a great price. We really enjoyed working with Superior and appreciated that they took time to explain anything and everything we wanted to know. We are very happy with the van for our daughter!

  They were very good. My salesman, Gary, bent over backwards to help me. I am disabled and wheelchair bound so my research was done oln the internet. I sure am glad I contacted Gary as I did all my buying from my home. He even brought the van to my home for me to test drive and buy it. I will keep; using them for my servicing of my conversion and any other things I might need as far as they are concerned. I really liked doing business with them!

  I just had a wheelchair topper installed on my vehicle day before yesterday. My friend, who helped me make the trip, and I were treated very well by the staff who were more than willing to accommodate us in any way we needed. The technicians were professional and kept me updated during every phase of the installation process. I would especially like to thank Mr. Gary Mullins who went above and beyond to help me. I was able to get my topper through a grant. This was about a four month process during which time we communicated back and forth via email because I had questions, many questions, many-many questions. Gary hung in with me and answered any question I had and updated me on what was going on as soon as he got an update himself. He made the whole thing less stressful for me. The head honchos of Superior Van & Mobility have a winner in Gary and the rest of the fine staff there.

  Superior Van and Mobility is the best! I've tried closer Cincinnati for purchase and service but found it disappointing after being at Superior. I've bought 2 vans there and have been a customer for 13 years. All the employees are personable, professional and knowledgeable. They will adapt and adjust things to your specific needs. They figure out a way to even the smallest details of what is required or needed for you. All of the staff is friendly and helpful and they have a comfortable waiting area. I can't say enough positive things to convey how pleased I've been with purchase and maintenance of my vans through Superior. Highly recommended.
