(November 8, 2020, 10:16 am)Fantastic staff, helped us carry our belongings up the stairs, took great care and talked to my mom the whole way. Rooms are clean, great beds and pillows. I'll definitely be back on my annual trip to Ohio from Georgia

(September 27, 2020, 9:19 am)We had a few hiccups when we first arrived (pertaining to the cost of our room) but later on that same night, I had spoken to a gentleman named Richard who was both polite and knowledgeable and was able to fix the cost issue. The pool was a bit chilly, but very fun! We will be returning to this hotel In the future thanks to Richard and his great service!
