They were phenomenal, they had an amazing presentation, extremely well organized, knowledgeable and accommodating. The place itself is so beautiful. The amenities are superb and the ymca is so close. The amazon hub is such a cool feature. The models we were showed were tremendously clean, smelled great, and looked great. Highly recommend viewing this place!!

Ashlyn gave me a tour and she was able to answer all of my questions and go over additional costs I'll have. So far the other staff has been very nice and professional when I've called, so I have high hopes for my year living here.

(August 29, 2018, 6:51 pm)I love living here & so much so I've been here 9 years! Great location to walk to shopping, the YMCA & restaurants. I can't say enough nice things about the staff in the clubhouse. In fact, Cody has become like family to me & I really do appreciate him going out of his way to help out! Hamburg Farms really is amazing! :)

(June 9, 2018, 10:33 pm)I recently purchased a condo in Hamburg Farms and am thrilled with my buying and living experience. The facilities and common areas are so well organized and maintained at this community as well as the office staff. The pool area and gym have been my favorite things about the community so far. The gym is well equipped, maintained, and open 24/7.
The pool has also been wonderful to have access to this summer. The office staff is always receptive to my needs and works quickly to help me with whatever it is that I need. Would highly recommend purchasing or renting in Hamburg Farms.
