Woodforest National Bank

I have had my woodforest account for about seven years and I am so satisfied with this bank and the lovely people who work here. I haven't had many issues but when I do it's handled quickly and professionally. Also they don't steal like other banks. I'm just saying.

Its the best bank I've ever had. They really take care of their account holders.

They gave me an account when no one else would. I had a previous dispute with another bank and they were not willing to budge on the issue where they had held a deposit back and let a bunch of stuff bounce. So they were never paid. Woodforest gave me a starting over sort of account. I have now been with them for many years and the account has only been overdrawn once. They moved me up to their regular account type years ago. Their fees are few but the ones they have are easy to understand and you will find no surprises. I started my account at New Circle Rd North west walmart but have found I like them better at Grey Lag Way. Best of all, most deposits are immediately available on your debit card. They do not usually hold funds for them to clear and if you have a good relationship with them they will not even put a hold on person to person third party checks. I love this bank. My only complaints are that New Circle Rd does not answer their phone and will not call you back. If you can, deal with them at Grey Lag Way.

I recently opened an account with Woodforest National Bank and my experience while banking here has been so pleasant I felt compelled to write a review. I opened a checking and saving account about a month ago after my father started banking with them. My experience was wonderful opening my accounts, and the staff greeted me with smiles and handshakes. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager who personally assisted me with opening my new accounts. I have never met a more well mannered, experienced, competent, seasoned, polished, businesslike, and professional individual. Not to mention the facility itself was immaculately clean and had a very distinct pronounced distinguished appeal. 5 Stars!!! Also, it is a pleasure for me to be a part of this company and be associated with individuals and a business of this caliber. I hope to continue to bank here for many years to come.
