Dollar General

Had a low tire and I'm up here from Tampa, Florida visiting my daughter. The last thing I needed was the hassle of low air pressure in my tires. I just popped in with 3 tires at 34#'s and 1 at 27#'s expecting to be there a while as a walk in.
They had me go ahead and pull to the 3rd bay and Larry aired up the low tire for me and checked the air in the other 3 while he was at it. This was all with no charge.

This place has absolute AMAZING customer service. Any time I have a problem with my car they are quick to fix it or find out whats wrong. I will continue to come back to this place for all my car needs! If you never been please go find out for yourself.

8/9 my vehicle was done in a timely manner, staff was polite and helpful. Emily was a lot of help.

If I could give 10 stars I would, I went in thinking I needed my brakes replaced but turned out I didn't need that. Honest place, very friendly and they had my tires rotated which was very nice of them. Definitely going to come back

My only complaint is that it's a wee bit cramped moving between the isles. The store is pretty packed in regards to product placement. Other than that I have no issues, it's what you'd expect from a dollar general and is located in a nice location on a major road that runs between Lexington and Georgetown.

I had a slow leak and of course this happens late Saturday. I was near Waycross so I went by Walmart. They told me they didn't have the tires I needed in stock. Well it being Sunday I didn't expect to get anything done but it was on my mind. I called Walmart in Brunswick and Kingsland but the same result they did not have the tires I needed in stock. Just for fun I did a search on Google for tire shops and Tire Plus was the only thing open. I thought this must be a mistake but I called. The gentleman that answered said yes my tires were in stock and they could help me today. This was 200pm I told him it would take an hour to get there he said no problem. I arrived and the clerk remembered me from my phone call. I asked how long it would take he said not long. I was done in 30 minutes. I sure appreciate the good service. The interstate was so busy on this holiday weekend I know people that had problems appreciated it as well. I've used Tire Plus about 10 years ago and was pleased as well. Thank you again.

No real issues with product availability. As for the help.
As a customer, I really don't need to hear that the manager is asking them to work. That is why they call it work.

Nice clean. This one still carries clothing.

Who doesn't like Mexican food I've got good food there

Real nice works and helpful. Will definitely be going back there and would highly recommend friends and family going there
