I love this shop. The people are so friendly & helpful. They have sooo many canvases and threads to choose from. This is definitely my happy place!!

I ordered a canvas for a belt and it came super fast and is absolutely beautiful! All of the threads were chosen already for me and the initials I asked for looked great! Not only that, and the reason for writing this review, was the handwritten thank you note from Mimi thanking me for the purchase and letting me know I could contact her with any needs. In an age where customer service is dying, the personal touch, along with the amazing product is something I feel should be celebrated! I can’t wait to start my son’s belt and will absolutely be visiting their online store again and again (I live in Raleigh otherwise would be visiting in person!)

Mimi and her mom are fantastic! They are so helpful and thoughtful. Being new to needlepoint The Eye of the Needle had a lot of “fresh” design i.e. not your grandmas needlepoint. Mimi took the time to select the appropriate tools and floss for my project(s) she also took the time to show me how to needlepoint. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Do yourself a favor—learn to needlepoint and check out this shop!

The staff here are always friendly and courteous. Been using this particular branch for years and have always had very pleasant experience and the wait times are always fast. This feels like one of the few banks I go to that properly staff so there isn't a line to the door.
