Today I called the Kentucky Eye Institute on Perimeter Drive in Lexington and finally got good results. Sheila (in Billing) and Kimberly (in Scheduling) were amazing. Sheila went above and beyond to help me with all my questions. Both Sheila and Kimberly were extremely nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
