  Dropped my 85-year old mother off here after several days in hospital for rehab and had to leave to return home to SC. Soooo impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and facility. Nurse Betty was absolutely the best for Mom. Her humor, compassion and approach were above and beyond our expectations. Gave me the peace of mind in leaving my Dad and sister. This place rocks!

  My husband was taken to the Willows 2 weeks ago after a stroke and I can't think of a more perfect place to do rehab in. I am shocked by some of the bad reviews people have given this place because my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is amazing, the office, nurses, kitchen, everyone that works there is just so caring and helpful. If I have a question they always get back to me with an answer. The food is top notch and a great variety is always available. I had brunch there today and I had asparagus, prime rib and potatoes and I have to say the prime rib was out of this world. The place is clean and cheerfully decorated. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have put my grandmother, mother and dad in similar places and none of them compare to this fantastic place

  After surgery and a fall my husband and I spent over a month here, the care was outstanding and his progress/recovery was steady and complete. The staff was knowledgeable and warm and the therapy was intensive and A++. Everyone was helpful and all pitched in to make sure things ran efficiently. I also observed no disrespectful, hurried, or impatient responses to any of the residents by staff. Everyone truly seemed to care. I was very impressed that the director was actively involved in every task whether it was bringing me a blanket, working the hall and dining room food delivery, or just sitting with a resident. We will certainly return if needed.
