Bluegrass Cleaners are professional, do excellent work, have great customer service, and are well priced.
WOW! We use Bluegrass Cleaners at the hotel where I work and they are phenomenal! We had a guest traveling internationally who needed his items back sooner than planned. He was originally supposed to get them after 4pm the day after pickup, when I explained the situation they expedited the order telling me it would be here by 10am, we received the order back by 8:30am and the guest was THRILLED!!
Ive used them several times and they have done a great job and are quick.
I would give this place 100 stars if I could!! I received a garnet for an event that came late due to delayed shipment. I explained to them that I needed a steam for my dress and I understood it was extremely short notice. Instead of turning me away like the “other” place I called they were SO kind!!! They told me if I could have it at 12 (noon) it would be finished today. I am so thrilled that they were willing to work with me. They obviously know the REAL meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and I can’t tell them how much it is appreciated!!! If you are looking for a place to do an excellent job and treat you right, GO TO BLUEGRASS CLEANERS!!! Thank you to the whole team at BLUEGRASS CLEANERS!!!
