  I am completely satisfied with the care and service I get at Dr Kerr’s office. He is great at listening and helping me with my concerns. His staff is very personable and helpful to make me feel comfortable during my visits. PA Ronald Bradley is awesome and very good with advice and helping me make good decisions on my treatments. I would recommend him anytime. I’m glad I found Dr Kerr and his staff!!

  Dr Kerr replaced both my knees within 4 months. My pt place recommended him and they were correct. Very satisfied with everything. He’s very personable as is all his staff.

  I cannot recommend a better place to have your ortho needs met. Dr Kerr is genuinely concerned with his patients needs and Brad Bradley, PA-C is equally as amazing. They are the dynamic duo for me and therefore I have entrusted them with my full knee replacement. Plus, the entire office staff is extremely friendly and it’s nice to visit where people treat you like a friend and care about your treatment plan and overall health. Recommend Dr Kerr and Brad Bradley to anyone with knee or hip issues!

  Absolutely best care provided. Attentive, listened to everything I had to say. Also treated another area that was not scheduled for the visit. I was extremely pleased and felt that I was totally cared for. Took time to explain the ailment and the treatment options. X-ray technicians were great. All staff members were extremely helpful and pleasant.

  State Farm is the BEST! I would give 6 stars just because they have always gone above and beyond. I have been insured with them for 10+ years. I have never had any issues. Only 1 claim filed and it was hassle free. The customer service is fantastic. Spoke with Edward Rosenthal today to get additional coverage and not only was he very helpful and knowledgeable but he saved me even more money! Thanks so much Ed.

  Excellent customer service! My family and I recently relocated to the area and David and his team were great in helping us understand local and state differences. They were very transparent in every aspect. I made the mistake of going with a cheaper company, even after being warned about what to expect. The State Farm team was right, I got what I expected (and deserved) but they were more than willing to welcome me back and I am so glad I switched!

  David Lovejoy's office is amazingly friendly and hospitable. They always answer the phone, get you all the information you need and promptly respond when they have to get back to you about an issue. I recently had to change a lot of information and Ed was very helpful and patient. I highly recommend using this office for all of your insurance needs.
