They were so great with my little one pre and post op. Very informative with discharge instructions. Dr. Franklins staff are great at his office. As a scared momma I can say I’m glad we chose these folks for our lil ones health care needs. I just can’t brag enough.”

“I called Randy Walker Electrical for the fist time for a wiring repair. Although we are not a regular customer, they worked us in quickly. The repair was necessary and pretty much an emergency for our residents, so I never asked for an estimate. The workers who showed up we friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They completed the job quickly and had us back up and running. I have just received the bill for the repair. I am presently surprised at how reasonable their rates are. While we don't often need electricians for repairs, in the future I will use only Randy Walker when we do. Thank you from all the residents and staff here at Central. Job well done!”

“I was in need of a commercial moving company right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. After calling a number of local moving companies who all gave me a general response and seemed to be more residential movers, I was given Tyler Morris' number with Installers Plus. He was very skillful and knew exactly what it took for a business to move locations. Instead of giving me a guess for an estimate over the phone, he scheduled to come by the next day and do a thorough, accurate quote (which it was and very reasonable in price). I was impressed with how aware he was of the current situation we were under and how he handled it in a very professional mannerism following the guidelines providing by the state. Major, Chris, Watson, Aaron and Tyler were very efficient. They handled everything with great care. They also did so much more than just move furniture. They dissembled and resembling shelving, cabinets, bookshelves, filing cabinets and did any job I would have had to outsource for a contractor to do, as small as hanging pictures and mounting televisions. Tyler personally built, painted and assembled shelving on the spot for us as well. This company's quality of service and professionalism is outstanding and I would highly recommend them.”

“I wanted to mail a light box (item used by blind/visually impaired individuals) to an agency that has products for the blind. It was supposed to be mailed as "Free Matter for the Blind". The Post Office employee said he was unable to ship it free, and that I needed to pay postage for it. When I explained why it should be mailed free of postage the employee reached out to a colleague for assistance. The colleague concurred I should pay postage since neither of them had heard of "Free Matter for the Blind". I left the Post Office with my light box. A few days later I had another light box that needed to be shipped. When I arrived at the Post Office I hoped I wouldn't have to leave disappointed again. However, the employee that had waited on me just days before smiled and said he was "so glad that (I) had come back with the light box". He said after I had left the other day he investigated further and discovered I was correct. He apologized and promptly mailed my package as "Free Matter for the Blind". At no time was this employee ever discourteous, snotty, or argumentative. He was sincere and polite each time he helped me. He went above and beyond when he looked into my claims further, greeted me warmly upon my return, and apologized for the misunderstanding. Very nice man!”
