We dropped in for a WOD during holiday travels. Eddie and Cortney were super welcoming and helped with getting us settled. All of the members in class were very friendly! Loved our time at CrossFit Frankfort and we’ll definitely be back.
Great members and great instructors! I'm a Guards-man, we visited in the AXE program with the gym owner. Great gym, it was clean, and professional. Highly recommend!
Love this place. Everything you need and available at any time. Also its clean and the other members I've encountered have been cool.
The gym was amazing! I showed up for Saturday open gym and was greeted like family. All the equipment was well taken care of and had the equipment I was looking for. Can't wait to go back!
