I arrived at 3:15 for my 3:45 appointment, was back on the road by 3:30, they seemed very organized, kept the line moving, I was very impressed that there was hardly any wait time, and had about 7 people in front of me when I arrived.
(September 20, 2020, 5:02 am)They have a front receptionist (Harriett Coomer.)She is very knowledgeable about the building, offices, and employees. If you have a question if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find you and answer.
