What a pleasant experience working with everyone at Marshall, they were all very friendly, and were straightforward in the buying process. I had no impression they were trying to hide stuff. I received a fair trade and a great offer on a Toyota Highlander. Tommy -salesperson was great to work with.

We had an easy buying experience here on my 2004 Tundra. Our salesman was Tommy and he was very "no pressure" as we shopped. They allowed us to look the vehicle over at our leisure (multiple times) and take it for a drive. I would recommend Marshall Toyota of Dry Ridge if you're shopping for a vehicle and don't want to deal with other dealerships who use high pressure sales tactics. It is a nice facility that has a great kids area too that makes the purchasing process easier for mom & dad.
