“My breakdown of this academy; The academy is very family friendly. The price is more than reasonable for all that they offer. The coaches are professional in how they carry themselves. The coaches also come from a respected pedigree. Kids classes are fun but informative for the kids. ( my 3 kids love the classes.) The adult classes are focused and detailed, so the techniques stick with you. They also have a women’s cardio kickboxing class for women who enjoy a safe and positive place for self improvement. Also coach Cynthia teaches some useful strikes for self defense in this women's class. The students in all these classes are friendly and welcoming. So you never feel like an “other” as a new student.”
