Rented several different apartments from David and Brenda over the years never had anything but fantastic experience! David is very reasonable anything under $50 of course is your responsibility but anything costing over that he takes care of. He work with me several times when I was running behind on my rent most of the time when I paid the late fee he would tell me to just keep my $50 late fee especially if it was around the holidays can't speak highly enough of him or Brenda. I had to move early one time and he didn't hold me to my lease agreement I won't rent from anybody else other than David and Brenda in Henry County I love these two so much they have been so good to me and many other of my family members who have also over the years rent it from them! Oh and also he is not at all a slumlord if you make your place nice you'll have a nice place if you live in a dump you'll have a dump to live in David most of the time does not even come in and inspect your apartment unless people are complaining on you and that's just the truth.
