(December 5, 2020, 8:52 am)McKenzie was amazing! Very professional and knowledgable. She had lots of helpful tips and hints to improve my CPR skills and presented them in a very easy to remember way. She had an adult and infant mannequin and I was able to practice the BLS CPR skills on both of them. McKenzie really knows her stuff and did an excellent job expanding on the knowledge presented in the online portion. She was flexible, friendly, and understanding and I would recommend her to anyone!
