(December 17, 2020, 10:46 am)I recently got tested at the Norton Respiratory Illness testing center. A+ for efficiency. I had an appointment and was in and out of there in less than 10 mins. I feel so bad, they have to stand in the cold in make shift tents being the frontline during this pandemic. Despite all that they were all so very kind and polite. Thank you for all your hard work!

(July 31, 2020, 12:51 pm)Staff are friendly. However, I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and I had to wait over an hour in line to get tested. The website says appointments are required. At one point 2 lanes split for faster registration, then merge back into one for testing.

(July 27, 2020, 2:54 pm)The sweet young lady that just booked our appointment was so sweet. I was asking so much and she was so calm and collect. Gosh why can't we have customer service like this everywhere ?
