  I have been a member of this credit union for many years and I prefer them to handle my loan financing. I have financed several vehicles and I always get the best interest rates as well as the best customer service.
  
  I recently purchased two new vehicles and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I worked with Savannah Horan and she was simply amazing! The entire experience was seemless and stress free. She made sure that all my needs were met and she answered all of my questions. She also followed up after the loans were closed, making sure I was happy. I can't thank her enough for everything. She is kind, professional, and exhibits excellent customer service skills.

  I have a great time every time I go there. The food is what you would expect, but the service is top notch! Tonight, it was two awesome bar tenders, Ms. Hannah and Ms. Dylan. In the past I have had amazing people as well. Keep up the great work!

  The food was great but our server, Chris, is what made this experience great! Myself and some friends had rough morning and Chris was so patient, professional, and friendly. He was efficient and helpful with our questions. He made a tough morning turn around! Thanks Chris!

  I acalled Transcendcu for payment issues and spoke with Jina Mitchell. She was able to take care of my problems. Excellent customer service. Transcendcu is blessed to have her. In a world that is so busy and impatient I’m grateful that I was able to cross paths with someone that genuinely cared. Jina keep being you! Your making a difference in this world and at the end of the day that’s what matters most.

  I had a very smooth refinance experience with Transcend. Their policies were more "common sense" flexible than other financial institutions related to a retiree. Also, Aliani Hernandez (Mortgage Officer) was very responsive in answering questions and attending to information and closing details. Thank you Aliani and Transcend!

  Absolutely outstanding service from Vanessa Blevins. She treated me like I was her own family and kept me in the know of everything that was going on during my car loan process. She even called me after I got my car, to see how I was liking it and if I needed anything else. She went above and beyond for me and I feel SO blessed and grateful that I had her to guide me through getting my first car loan! Highly recommend Transcend CU and this branch!
