I brought my husband’s ring in because it was broken on the bottom. So, the bottom of the band needed white gold added, because it was thin. So, it was a anniversary gift, but it didn’t fit ( definitely not their fault). So, on the actual day of our anniversary we went back with my husband and because my husband needed a half size bigger they kept it for a day and fix it, and didn’t charge me, and it was my fault. Anywhere else would charge. They are very nice and now I won’t go anywhere else. I love the place and I support family owned business. Try them out for repairs or buy. They have beautiful Jewry!!!! Thanks guys.
