  I've been living here for almost 2 years. There's a lot of great features, like the pools, basketball court, and outdoor playgrounds. More importantly to me, though, is the responsiveness of the maintenance team. I've only needed to use it a few times, but I've been so impressed by how quickly they've resolved the issue every time. Huge improvement from my last complex! Brandon fixed my A/C today and even gave me some tips and insights into the issue. Im really feeling appreciative to have a company that's so nice and helpful.

  I've had nothing but a great experience here. Ever since I called the first time Alexandra has been extremely helpful and made my transition to the Park seemless. Because of her I will most likely renew my lease here.

  I’m on my third lease at the Park at Hurstbourne and while I have had some issues here and there (nothing out of the ordinary, or unmanageable) but every time something has happened I know it will immediately be resolved. The first day I came to check out the apartments I met Tamara, from day one she has gone out of her way to make me feel at home and ensure all of my concerns are addressed timely and completely. The complex is always clean and they are working on improvements regularly. One of the biggest things I love about this complex is all of the families that live here. In the summer there are always kids outside playing, it really makes this complex feel like a home. I have excellent neighbors that I feel like I can trust and feel safe around.
