(October 7, 2019, 6:42 pm)Had a unique issue tonight that required a real person instead of the usual robot or online banking. On a Monday at 6:27pm I had the privilege of meeting a 5th 3rd ACE! Her name is Kaitlyn , sorry if I got the spelling wrong, but anyways she helped answer all my questions and even went through the extra mile by checking whether my checks were ordered from my last visit at another branch. Sure enough they were ordered.
She went the extra mile on a Monday late at night and did it all with excellent customer service and a smile on her face that I could feel through the phone! As a sales technician myself its refreshing to meet others in the same field especially those that are truly distinguished and handle hard issues with exceptional capability !!!! You have a client for life and I will be recommending all my friends and coworker's to you guys as well! -

(September 16, 2019, 11:00 am)Went here a few weeks ago and the service I got from Hunter was AMAZING! Very fast and friendly the entire time. Even suggested me a new credit card to help build my credit. Gave me great advice I could rely on and seemed to genuinely care. Would definitely come back.
