Canter Chase Apartments

The staff made moving in a breeze. Jillian is excellent and the community is super nice. They have monthly activities and the neighbors are always quick to say hello! I've lived here about 4 months and plan on staying until I am ready to purchase my own home. I think the price is very reasonable.

Best place I have ever lived! The grounds are extremely beautiful especially during the fall. The staff is very friendly and they fix everything in a timely fashion. I love all my neighbors and the community.

Staff was WONDERFUL upon move-in! Although there were a few concerns they addressed & fixed the problem immediately. The community laundry could be cleaned/maintained a little better but it got the job done. The pool was a good size as well as the gym however they could use a few more machines. The bedrooms are spacious although they could used some updated bathroom tubs/closets/cabniets throughout the apartment. The hall ways echo and need to be cleaned out because we moved in during summer and their were leaves and stuff that had looked like it had been there for awhile.
