  Excellent customer service! Dependable. Quality work. Excellent guarantee! Our prior roofer put us off for 6 weeks then wanted to reschedule and our roof was leaking! So, we called Mr Roof and are very pleased with the result! Josh Hall was a pleasure to work with. He reviewed the insurance company’s report, found several issues that weren’t addressed correctly and worked with our insurer to resolve them. His service was well above and beyond our expectations. Our new roof was put on in one day and no issues at all with workmanship or crew. The guarantee offered by Mr. Roof is much better than what we had before! We highly recommend using Mr Roof!

  Joeys crew started at 7:00AM and were finished by 5:30PM. They are very hard workers. I do not know how they could work on that steep roof without sliding off. Magic, I guess. It was very windy today, 19mph +, but they worked through it. The wind can make a roofing job messy with everything blowing everywhere but they did an excellent job cleaning up. I have had several roofs replaced in my life and for the first time I could not find a single nail on the ground anywhere. I did not think that was possible. It was cool today but next week will be warmer and the shingles will meld down and seal well. Over all I am very happy with the new roof.

  Joey Herron, the Project Manager responded to my call for an issue following the Great Wind Storm of '23! I had lost several shingles and had a small leak. Joey fixed it all right on the spot! No reschedule, no waiting and most of all NO WORRIES!
  Thank again Mr Roof and the awesome crew! I have used them for my roof, gutters, leaf guards and siding and I will continue to use them in the future.

  After having Mr Roof repair my roof do to hail damage, there was an issue with the chimney. Joey the Project manager came back out and inspected it, he found the problem and repaired it. Joey was very respectful and polite and did a great job in addressing the issue and answering any questions I had.

  Mr Roof was the only company that offered a lifetime warranty on the roof that we chose. Originally we wanted to just replace our leaking metal roof with the same, but several contractors told us it was likely to leak again due the drastic change in pitch between main roof and porch roof. So we went with the lifetime owens corning shingles in Black Sable, and it looks amazing on our log home. My only complaint was that trim for the fascia boards is not included in their package, and I though it was. Especially since it was removed from my existing metal roof when the shingles were installed. Other than that we are happy with the roof so far.
