I was completely surprised how well I was treated. Thank you Passport Health Plan!!! Your member service reps are top notch!!!!

(September 28, 2020, 1:57 pm)Called today to get information regarding passport and the stimulus check. Dana was amazing, so knowledgeable and willing to help answer my questions. The office managers should use Dana as an example of how to be awesome at your job. She truly knows her stuff and knows how to communicate her knowledge in an effect way. I was pleased to speak with her (not something a person usually says when calling an insurance office) Someone give her a raise and make her a trainer, your office will be better for it!
