  Arch L Heady - Frankfort Avenue - took such precious care of our entire family when my Aunt Ruth passed away. They managed every detail flawlessly from the obituary, flowers, music and the list goes on and on. My Aunt looked much - much better than we anticipated. Our expectations were exceeded and I have peace knowing that my Aunt’s final wishes were handled with extreme grace and care. Thank you staff at Arch L Heady - Frankfort Avenue. You were magnificent.

  During a difficult time, they made a huge difference. Helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. I appreciated the way everything was well taken care of.

  Well my family had to call on Heady - Cralle again after the death of my adoptive mother this past week. Cody over saw the making of arrangements. My mother had been in in contact with the funeral home several times over the years and they had a good understanding of what her wishes were so it made finalizing the arrangements and all the details so easy. The visitation was at our church with the funeral directly after the visitation. Cody work with the ministers and the funeral services was absolutely beautiful. We were so pleased.
  
  They made sure the death certificate was complete and we already have official copies. This will ensure that the estate can be handle timely and her wishes honored.
  
  With the funeral home staff handling so many different things, even filing insurance papers for us it has helped us in the grieving process.
  
  We will be forever grateful.

  My Father & Mother’s Funeral’s were held at Arch L. Heady. Long time Funeral Director Greg Robertson handled the details with the utmost professionalism.
  Beyond his care of the details and requests of Him by family; He always showed kindness, compassion and understanding.
  His desire to meet the family’s request was genuine and thoughtful.
  I highly recommend this Funeral Home and Greg Robertson, as well as all of the personnel of the Funeral Home’s Care Center.

  Very nice service and venue. Brad and Cody were very helpful, except none of us (4) really understood the additional charge for picture included with obituary. The portrait style picture that you all provided was beautiful! Thanks, will recommend y'all to others . K. Webster
