(June 17, 2020, 4:09 pm)I go to AAMCO regularly to have my vehicles serviced and I’ve always had a good experience doing business with Eric and his team.
The customer service is unmatched; I appreciate that I get a call anytime a decision about my vehicle is being made and that I’m involved in that process, that my options are elaborated to me before anything is done to my car, and that there’s always the option to make payments if a fix gets expensive. I recently put my Edge in the shop for a bad water pump, anticipating and pricey bill, and after the car was looked at I was called right away, given news that the majority of the work anticipated wasn’t needed, after updating me I was asked if they could move forward with the cheaper fix, meaning less time for my car in the shop (which for a one car family is HUGE) and I SO appreciate that they kept me aware of the process and progress made every step of the way.
I appreciate the work these guys do and I’d highly recommend them! -

Pricing is reasonable and they're very informative about everything they are doing during time of service and it was nice to be updated a lot on estimated time it would be done. Erick was very friendly and the mechanics who worked on my car are much appreciated. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for any other things I need fixed!

(June 9, 2020, 8:56 am)I brought my Transit van to get the oil changed. The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. Service is speedy and reasonably priced today. I think service may be faster than normal today, not sure, but super fast! Try them. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle so quickly!
