  Solid store with knowledgeable reps. I dont go to this store as much as others but when I'm in the area I often will. Well rounded product selection and phones to choose from. I can always do my cash bill pay too. And it's only a buck to process! If I call customer care they charge $7!! No way.

  I went to Verizon on Dixie to change my plan. Richard was VERY HELPFUL in getting my plan lowered! Everyone needs to use VERIZON as their carrier! BEST SERVICE EVER!!
  I felt very safe because all service reps had on MASKS N did social distancing!

  Great service was able to get in and out. Great when it came to the whole keeping 6 feet thing. Any questions that I had was answered and really didn't have to worry about much glad I pick this store to upgrade my phone helpful and nice all around...

  Wonderful time at the Verizon store today. Added me granddaughter to my account and it was an easy process. The rep was able to get all her information from her previous phone. Everyone in the store was professional and knowledgeable about all the different products and plans they would be best for us. Definitely do your phone shopping here!

  I came into Verizon on Dixie hwy and I was helped right away, which was very impressive since I have gone to other cell phone stores and have had a wait. I have never even been to this location, but it was close to my house and so I thought I’d stop in and get a new screen protector because the one I’ve been using doesn’t last but a few months. The sales associate Dan, recommended this liquid glass protection which is just an interesting concept that seems so much more effective than the screen protectors I was getting from amazon. Not only is the screen protector scratch resistant, it lasts for OVER a year, it’s antibacterial which is really important to me being that I’m a huge germophobe and I work at valvoline and my hands are always getting dirty. The screen comes clean very easily. Weirdly enough it also reduces radiation. Im impressed with the technology and thankful that Dan recommended it to me, he even put the liquid glass on for me right in the store and it feels great and looks sleek as opposed to the beveled screen protectors I’ve had in the past.
  
  Dan went above and beyond any service I’ve had at any cell phone store in the past. He sat down with me and even recommended some useful navigation apps that I didn’t have downloaded on my phone. He also was so willing to help my find any accessories I needed for my phone. I had questions about a charger and he eagerly showed me how it worked without any hesitation. He didn’t act annoyed or like I was being inconvenient or taking up too much of his time. He was so happy to help me and give me the best service he could.
  
  Dan also heard me and my brother talking about how hungry we were and recommended some good restaurants in the area for us to go to. Honestly, it was just such a friendly interaction, I enjoyed it so much and just enjoyed the conversation in general.
  
  The entire staff was very kind and the store itself was so clean and organized. I had a place to sit and it felt like a very professional interaction, which I have not experienced before at a cell phone store. They also just have an heir of professionalism in how they dress and interact. I have gone into a T-Mobile store and had an entirely different experience. The employees were anything but professional or personable, and were not timely. In fact after being there for over and hour and not being anywhere close to finished with our business we just decided to leave and go somewhere else. That has not been my experience at this Verizon store at all.
  
  The location is extremely convenient to get to, and very close to my house. The entire staff was helpful and kind, especially Dan. He was ready to answer any question to the best of his ability and was eager to help me with anything he could. I was highly satisfied with my service and the accessories I purchased. I will definitely be back when I need something else for my phone and will recommend them to my friends for their cellphone needs. Where other cell phone places are a galimaufry-you never know what you’re going to get, I can see that this place is consistent with their workmanship and are immensely kind in their service to others. I cannot say enough good things about this store and staff! Come here for any of your needs if you want quality, professional service!
