    What a great locally owned hardware store. You receive personalized attention the moment you walk in the door, unlike at Lowe's and Home Depot. They are very knowledgeable and will actually walk you to what you need, real customer service at a hardware store, which is a dying breed, but not at Phelps. They know how to put the customer first.

    The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The greatest thing about shopping here is that you can generally find different options for different items and tools that you will not find at the big name hardware stores.

    Amazing hardware store and a Post Office too. The associates are so helpful and courteous and do curbside pickup.! Easy in and out no wait. They are a jewel in our neighborhood. Thank you so much for all your help.
